1. How much money should I bring?
One of the best parts about an All-Inclusive Vacation is the fact that once you're there, you won't need to spend another penny. However, should you decide to visit some of the local attractions or take advantage of some of the outstanding bargains, you will need money. Most merchants will accept US Dollars or traveler's checks, as well as major credit cards.

2. Are there departure taxes from the islands?
All departing guests are required to pay a departure tax upon leaving the airport. In some cases, the departure tax is already included on your airline ticket. Please inquire if unsure.

3. Do you have anywhere I can keep valuables?
Every room is equipped with a safe deposit box. We advise all guests to store their jewelry, cash and other valuables including airline tickets and passports in this secure place. The hotel cannot be responsible for lost items.

4. Are there medical facilities at the hotels?
A registered nurse with regular office hours is on the property. In the event of an emergency, a medical doctor is on call 24 hours a day.

5. What is the electrical current?
110 volts throughout the Caribbean and most of Mexico. Hair dryers are provided now is most all-inclusive rooms. Be sure to inquire prior to departure.

6. What are the average temperatures?
Pack light! The weather in the Caribbean is delightful all year long. Daytime averages are 82°F, 28°C and nighttime temperatures are 72°F, 22°C.

7. Do I need proof of citizenship?
Yes. A current passport or an original or certified copy of a birth certificate issued by a government agency. A hospital-issued birth record is not sufficient (along with a picture ID such as driver's license) is acceptable proof of citizenship for US and Canadian citizens. All others must have passports.

8. Should I bring my own golf clubs or tennis racquet?
If you a golf fanatic, you may want to bring your own clubs. Otherwise you can rent them for a reasonable charge. Tennis racquets and balls are provided, but if you play best with your own, bring it.

9. How much do I tip?
Tipping is simply not permitted at the hotels.

10. What is the dress code?
It's your vacation, so dress like it. We recommend light clothing and plenty of shorts, swimsuits and cover-ups. However, the more formal restaurants may require slacks and a coat for the gentlemen. Please see the individual hotel descriptions for details. If you plan to play golf, tennis or workout, make sure you have the appropriate attire.

11. Is SCUBA diving included?
At the resorts where SCUBA is included, the resorts will provide all necessary instruction and gear to enjoy diving. If you are qualified, bring an international "C" card. If not, you will have to take the swimming test and class like all novice divers.

12. How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
All of the hotels we represent include transfers to and from the airport. After you clear customs at the airport, proceed to the lobby area where the resorts have transportation booths. But why drive when you can fly? In Jamaica, for a reasonable charge, we can arrange flights from the Montego Bay airport to Negril or Ocho Rios. These fast, convenient flights will get you to your hotel sooner and give you a view of the island's breathtaking beauty.

13. What kind of sun protection do I need?
It gets hot beneath the Caribbean sun, so we recommend you go prepared. Be sure to bring strong protection from the sun as well as sun glasses and a hat.
